With the world on lockdown and travel on hold for the foreseeable future, we wanted to share some Holiday-inspired cocktails that are easy to make at home.

We know social distancing is all the rave right now, but that doesn't mean we must sacrifice a chilled, low-alcohol, low-calorie drink that's festive and delicious to keep our spirits up. For the fun of it, we've selected 3 mixes you can whip together using simple ingredients in your pantry.

NEW YORK CITY: Ginger, Spice & Everything Nice
Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce honey-ginger syrup
- 2 ounces Byrrh
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes. Add the lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup, Byrrh, cover, and shake to chill - about 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a rocks class and garnish. with a lemon wheel.
To Make Honey-Ginger Syrup:
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
Combine the ginger juice, honey and simple syrup in an airtight container, and stir until incorporated.

BARBADOS: Summer In A Glass
Ingredients:
- 2 strawberries, hulled
- 4 ounces rosé wine, chilled
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Soda water, chilled
Muddle the strawberries in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Add the rosé, Campari and lemon juice, and stir to incorporate. Pour into a wine glass, add a handful of ice cubes, and top with a splash of soda water.

BRAZIL: Passion Fruit Caipi-Santi
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lime cut into 6 pieces
- 2 ounces sake
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 fresh passion fruit (or 1 tablespoon of passion fruit pulp)
Combine the lime, sake, sugar and passion fruit in a cocktail shaker, and muddle together. Fill the shaker one-quarter full with crushed ice, cover and shake until the shaker is frosty, about 15 seconds. Pour the drink (do not strain it) into an old-fashion glass.
