Where can I buy a South of London Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. Gift Cards purchased online are digital cards, while Gift Cards purchased in-store are physical plastic cards.
Are there any fees associated with the purchase of a Gift Card?
There is a $5 BBD activation fee associated with physical plastic Gift Cards - in addition to the card value.
How much is shipping?
Gift Cards purchased online are electronic - and are delivered instantly via email. There is no shipping involved.
When will I be charged for purchasing a Gift Card?
Your credit card or other payment method will be charged the value of the card at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY & REDEMPTION
How are physical Gift Cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?
Physical Gift Cards issued in-store only. The recipient received the plastic card with loaded funds after purchase. The card comes in a branded sleeve.
How are eGift Cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?
Our eGift Cards are be emailed to the recipient within minutes of your purchase. The email sent to the recipient includes a link to activate the eGift Card online. When the recipient opens the link, the eGift Card you selected will be displayed along the eGift Card code. When the recipient is ready to pay for the goods in their cart, the code is entered upon checkout.

What if I lose my Gift Card?
You should treat your Gift Card like cash. If you lose your Gift Card, immediately contact customer service at 1.246.571.4459 or email support@southoflondon.com and we will deactivate your card.

Can a physical gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can physical gift cards be reloaded?
No, you cannot reload a gift card. A new card will be issued.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.
How do customers check their balance?
At this time, customers cannot check their own gift card balance, but they can request the balance from our support team via email at support@southoflondon.com.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Redemption & Use
Gift Cards are redeemable at South of London stores and online at SouthofLondon.com. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account nor be redeemed for cash.

Expiration & Fees
Our Gift Cards are valid for 6-months from the date of purchase.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards may be replaced for the remaining value if you provide satisfactory proof of purchase. South of London will not be responsible if your Gift Card is used without your permission. If we learn that our customers were negatively impacted by an issue with our Gift Card systems, we’ll work quickly to take care of them. Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. South of London and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that we suspect or believe were obtained fraudulently.
